Roe v Wade is 'precedent,' Kavanaugh says

Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh on Wednesday described Roe v. Wade’s right to abortion as settled — “important precedent” — yet he has also narrowly interpreted when a woman can exercise that right.
