Investigators found evidence showing 'the origination of planning' for the Capital Gazette shooting

Jarrod Warren Ramos, the suspect in the shooting at the Capital Gazette newspaper in Annapolis, Maryland, has been charged with five counts of first-degree murder, according to court records.
