Trump issues warning to GOP senators

Sources tell CNN the White House is warning Republicans there could be consequences in 2020 if they vote against President Donald Trump’s national emergency declaration at the southern border. Conservative writer Bill Kristol discusses with CNN’s Jake Tapper.
